![]() Here we are in the second year of LEGO® birthday parties at our house. Specifically the ninja characters of Ninjago. My son's seventh birthday party was a lot of fun, even with the freezing temperatures and pouring rain. We managed to entertain 8 kids and their parents INSIDE my house for a couple of hours and we all survived! My son even taught Ninja Class to his friends who learned a kick and a punch - each kiddo got a felt ninja belt in their choice of color upon entering the birthday dojo. Our table scape and food were all pretty simple. I made it easy on myself this year and ordered pizza for the guests for lunch. I used all of the ninja colors for plates, napkins, and plasticware and made the round green ninja head cake. Sorry, no detail photo, it wasn't one of my best creations! My mom did make these ADORABLE ninja cookies though - they deserve a closeup!
